📦 When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. As we currently ship only within Poland, most deliveries arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow its progress.

At this time, Sunoxyd delivers exclusively within Poland. We are working toward expanding our shipping coverage in the future.

🔁 Can I return my order?
Yes, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please contact us in advance so we can guide you through the return process.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Send an email to info@sunoxyd.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit as quickly as possible.
